You can read hutzon.com without creating an account. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or fingerprinting scripts to follow your activity across the web, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

2Your theme choice

The light or dark theme you pick is saved in your browser's local storage, under the name "hz-theme", so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

3Buying and using an add-on

Add-ons are bought and managed through your account on melomarble.hutzon.com. To provide that, we hold:

• the email address you buy with, which your account is tied to;
• your licence key and the computers it is activated on;
• the records of your purchase or subscription.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.

4What an add-on sends from your computer

Our add-ons check in with our server about once a week to confirm your subscription is active. Those check-ins carry your licence key and a machine label. They do not include your scenes, your audio or your renders, which stay on your computer.

5Contact and support emails

Our Contact page does not submit anything to a server. It opens your email app with a pre-filled message, and what you choose to send travels from your email provider to ours. We use what you write only to reply to you and to help with your request.

6Blog

Our blog is a separate part of the site. It may store standard technical information, such as comment details if comments are enabled, in the way any publishing platform does.

7Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account data by writing to support@hutzon.com. We may need to keep records that the law requires, such as proof of a payment.

8Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as HutZon grows, for example when we add add-ons for new platforms. Material changes are shown by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
