1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HutZon ("the Site") or any HutZon add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site and our add-ons.

2Add-ons and licences

HutZon sells add-ons for creative software, currently for Blender. A paid licence gives you access to the add-on, its updates and activation on the number of computers stated on the product page. Prices, billing options (monthly, annual or lifetime) and the number of computers are shown on the product page at the time you buy.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Moving a licence to a different computer is handled through support@hutzon.com.

3Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. To ask for one, email support@hutzon.com. If a refund is agreed, it goes back to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days.

4Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site and our add-ons only for lawful purposes. You agree not to share your licence key beyond the computers your licence allows, and not to try to disrupt the Site, our servers or our licensing system.

5Source code and your content

Our Blender add-ons are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later, as stated on the product page, and the full licence text ships with the add-on. The HutZon name, logo and website design remain the property of HutZon.

What you create with our add-ons remains entirely your own. We claim no rights over your projects, renders or exports.

6Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party resources, and purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. HutZon is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party service, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site and our licensing service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Add-ons, features, prices and the Site may be added, changed or removed over time. Add-ons that check your licence need to reach our server periodically, as described on the product page.

8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HutZon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our add-ons. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

9Governing terms

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and HutZon regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

10Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site or our add-ons after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
